ICOB B Team Wine Project

The team tasted  6 wines guests cold call for most: Italian Pinot Grigio, NZ Sauvignon Blanc, Kendall Jackson, California Pinot Noir, Argentina Malbec, and Australian Shiraz.
Now servers need to prepare 6 wines from the WBTB list to recommend when they’re asked for one of those above. The staff is encouraged to get creative, they can make a diorama, put on a little play, present it in whatever way they feel will be engaging and informative with an 8/13 deadline for preparation.
