Schröck & Kracher Roster Ausbruch is now CORAVIN POUR and stored in the CORAVIN/Sherry refrigerator. Please mise a dessert wine glass and get a manager to pour the coravin 3oz.
GO Matthiasson Sweet Vermouth No.2 from Napa Valley $15- 100% Flora- sweet and pleasantly bitter- they use all of their house grown bitters to balance this out. Try it today!
GO 1988 D’Oliviera Terrantez Madeira $29 – ‘this wine is a rare as hen’s teeth’
CHANGED MENUS: 1998 Hugel Gewürztraminer Selection de Grains Nobles Alsace $34/3oz (from Coravin selection- now ONLY on dessert menu and only featured at 3oz- still coravin, so please mise a dessert wine glass).
NEW ON FINE SIPS/ NOT LIQUOR BUT A SLIGHTLY FORTIFIED AND FLAVORED WINE WITH HERBS&SPICES- with origins in the 16th century: Jean Boudry ‘Galant des Abbesses’ Arlay (Jura) – heated and spiced wine from the Jura- pretty badass & rare: $18 stored in the Sherry/Coravin Refrig- please mise a dessert wine glass for a 3 ounce pour. NOT CORAVIN. 
CORAVIN:
On Coravin, the 2014 Alain Chavy ‘Les Champ Gains’ Puligny Montrachet is now on the menu for CORAVIN and NOT BTB. We have 3 bottles to sell of this. $23/3oz & $46/6oz. ts replacement in BTB is the 2015 François Carrillon Puliigny-Montrachet for $133.
ALSO added to CORAVIN – 2014 Jean-Louis Chave ‘L’Hermitage’ Hermitage Blanc $61/3oz & $122/6oz. – century old Marsanne vines with a touch of Roussanne. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL that we even have this wine. Tasting Notes: honeysuckle, lemon verbena and chamomile on the nose. Creamy and delicate palate with baking spices, overripe apricot, wet stone, and hazelnuts. Lengthy finish. We have 6 bottles to sell and if someone wants a full bottle it is $488.
