National Geographic Video

Erin started off “Back to School” September with everything oysters, from all five species to all the different grow out methods we see in the restaurant. Erin shared a great National Geographic video on how Maryland has been incorporating the local waterfront property owners to grow oysters along their docks on the Chesapeake to help with water health in the bay.
