Small Private Dining Room Table & Clubhouse

Hello,

Moving forward the small private dining room table, which lives in the clubhouse, will remain covered when not being used in the PDR. When bringing the table downstairs, the cover should be removed, folded nicely, and placed in the black cabinet.

After the table is returned the cover should be placed back on. This responsibility will be a group effort and it takes a quick second or two to cover the table. However, the PDR server and point manager should confirm that the table is covered before the end of the shift.

As well, butter and family meal will no longer live on this table. In the instance the extra tables are on the floor please use the clubhouse tables.

The cover is a custom made and meant to protect furniture. I hope with support and diligence we can maintain the space and treat the furniture with respect.

As a side note, the clubhouse is a staff benefit and should be treated as if it’s your own home. Please help keep order and tidy up the space after you eat, do side work, fill out your cash out, take a breather, etc.

We should take pride in all aspects of our jobs- guest facing and behind the scenes!
