What is B.L.U.? 

B.L.U. stands for Branch Line University.

It’s a simple concept with big dreams.  Every employee at Branch Line is automatically a student at BLU, and along with their managers (aka “Professors”) they strive to work with one goal in mind.

Education is more than learning the difference between a pilsner and a lager.  It’s more than entering in food cost numbers into a spreadsheet.

It’s pushing ourselves and our own boundaries, to seek new adventures, and to prove that what we do is interesting, important, & unique.
