How to get reimbursed with an out-of-network retailer? Let's use Warby Parker as an example.
How to get reimbursed- a step by step guide:
1. Purchase really cool eyeglasses from Warby Parker (warbyparker.com)
*Prices vary from $95 for Standard (one field of vision) lenses to $300 for Progressive (covers reading, distance and in-between).*
2. Keep the receipt
3. Fill out the Reimbursement Form with info from Blue 20/20 card.
4. With itemized receipt, mail completed form to:

5. In 4-6 weeks receive a check for up to $130 for the purchase of your really cool eyeglasses.
