Specs for the upcoming Late Summer Cocktail List that will be rolling out in the next week.
Mezacali Blues
2 oz mezcal
½ oz blueberry syrup
½ oz white chocolate and vanilla ganache
¾ oz lemon
Thyme
Dry shake, shake with ice, strain in a coupe, garnish with a sprig of thyme through two blueberries, then a pick through that

 

Down the Rabbit Hole
2 oz Gin
½ oz carrot ginger puree
¾ oz lemon
½ oz agave
Shake and strain into a DOF with fresh ice, garnish with an orange twist

 

Farmstand
2 oz Dill vodka
¾ oz red bell pepper cordial
¾ oz lime juice

Shake and double strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lemon wheel stuffed with a dill sprig

The Weekender
1 ½ oz rum blend
¾ oz pineapple anise syrup
½ oz lime juice
Handful of mint
2 dashes angostura bitters
Shake and double strain into a coupe, top with cava, garnish with a mint sprig

 

Prescott
2 oz Evan Williams
¾ oz grapefruit
½ ginger shrub
¼ lemon
2 dashes Ango
Build in a pint glass, shake, double strain into a coupe with no garnish

 

Shore Party

2 oz absolut citron
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz agave syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters

shake and strain into a collin’s glass with fresh ice, no garnish

Spicy Blueberry Margarita
2 oz El Jimador
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz blueberry syrup
1/2 oz spicy agave
Shake and strain into a salted DOF with fresh ice, garnish with a lime wedge

Miles Away
1 oz Christian’s Brothers brandy
1 oz Beefeater gin
1 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz passionfruit puree
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 oz agave
Shake and strain into a 14 oz glass with crushed ice, garnish with a purple orchid

Can’t Stop Won’t Stop
1 1/2 oz cucumber gin
1 oz cantaloupe puree
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
Shake and double strain into in a martini glass, garnish with a cucumber wheel

Chilcano
1 1/2 oz pisco
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz pineapple anise syrup
1/2 oz strawberry campari
Shake and strain into a collin’s glass with fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with a lime wheel

Low Rye-der
2 oz Old Overholt rye
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz black pepper simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
Stir, strain into a DOF with an ice ball, garnish with an orange twist
