Please review! We are going to use Bordeaux glasses for higher end whites (see those wines highlighted in blue) & Rusty Whites.
Please offer a decant on ALL REDS, Rusty Whites, higher end White Burgundies, ALL WORTH THE WAIT WINES, and higher end Grüner Veltliners. Decanting can rarely hurt a wine (especially in regards to our wine list), so decant away!
Remember! If you don’t see the proper glassware on the floor, go get it in dry storage! Let a manager know if we are running low on anything in particular
RIJCKAERT CHARD GOES IN WHITE GLASSES (this is the ONLY CHARDONNAY we serve in white glasses- everything else is Burgundy)
PINOT NOIR BTG GOES IN BURGUNDY GLASSES.
