Some of the greatest creativity in our restaurants comes from behind the bar.  We do our best to use whatever ths season gives us, and spring is definitely in the air! We, at ICOB K, are launching a new cocktail menu, and we can’t wait for you to belly up to the bar and try it!

 

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our favorites from the new list- The Black Pearl rarity no more

Ingredients

Serves: 1

2 oz. ICOB Rum Blend

1 oz. Lime Juice

1 oz. Donn’s Mix

3/4oz. Demerara Syrup

1/4oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

2 dashes bittermen’s Elemakule Tiki Bitters

How to:

Shake all ingredients briefly with ice to integrate

Strain into a tulip beer glass

Fill with crushed ice

Garnish with a clean oyster shell & maraschino cheer
